Passionate about sailing for over 30 years, Amine Zinai<\/strong> has always been dedicated to water sports. Whether windsurfing, sailing, wing-foiling, or kite-surfing, he now enjoys extensive experience navigating across the world\u2019s oceans.<\/p>

A Structural and Materials Engineer<\/strong>, he is also specialized in Project Management<\/strong>, Business Consulting and Organization<\/strong>, and Sports Management<\/strong>. As the head of several companies over the years, he has initiated numerous successful partnerships.<\/p>

Since 2008<\/strong>, he has been working in Geneva, Switzerland<\/strong>, in the field of Human Resources<\/strong>.<\/p>

The Birth of the Concept<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

It was a \u201cclose call at sea\u201d<\/strong>, experienced by Amine during a solo sailing trip in the Mediterranean, that led to the invention of the Viescible ladder<\/strong>.<\/p>

While sailing between Toulon and Corsica<\/strong>, he found himself with a jammed halyard at the top of the mast<\/strong> in rough weather. Unable to reef the sail and with the wind still strengthening, Amine had no choice but to climb to the top of the mast<\/strong> to free the rigging.<\/p>

Back on land, badly bruised after that ordeal, I looked for a ladder I could install on my sailboat.<\/p>

When I realized such a thing didn\u2019t exist, I decided to invent one, explains the designer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The development of the Viescible ladder<\/strong> began in 2020<\/strong>, driven from the very start by a clear ambition: to produce a high-quality product, made in Switzerland<\/strong>.<\/p>

The concept was quickly patented<\/strong>, before being officially unveiled at the Paris Boat Show in December 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

In 2023<\/strong><\/h3>

The Viescible ladder<\/strong> received both the Grand Prize of the City of Geneva<\/strong> and the Gold Medal at the Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions<\/strong> \u2014 competing against more than 1,500 other inventions<\/strong>.<\/p>

For the team, it was a true moment of recognition and achievement!<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The product\u2019s development has continued to progress steadily. The equipment has been presented to the public several times<\/strong>, notably at major boat shows<\/strong>.<\/p>

Several significant partnerships<\/strong> have also been established \u2014 for example, with boat manufacturers<\/strong> who immediately showed strong interest in the innovation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
